Official Vendor Application and Information

Vendors will receive a 10X10 vendor space for a $200.00 donation. All tables, tents, and supplies must be provided by the vendor. Please notify us if you will need power, as usage is limited at this event.

Important Event Details

  • Event start time is 9:00 am, with registration beginning at 8:30 am.

  • Please have your booth setup and ready to go by 8:00 am.

  • The event end time is 12:00 pm sharp.  You may pack up your product, equipment and supplies after 12:00 pm.

  • Please note: If you would like to include business cards or fliers in the walkers’ bags, supplies must be provided to us by the deadline provided.

Vendor Space Payment Options

We’re excited to announce that you can now pay your Vendor Space application fees online with a credit card using Paypal. This convenient payment option will reduce delays in your order and ensure your Vendor Space.  You can also pay with a check if that is your preference.  Please refer to the notes below.

Online Payment via Paypal / Credit Card

The simplest and most convenient way to pay your Vendor Application Fee is to use our online payment option. It’s built right into this site, so it’s quick and easy. Just follow a couple quick and easy steps:

  1. Locate the “Vendor Booth” item below and click “Add to Cart”.
  2. Click on the Shopping Cart Drop Down menu at the top of the page on the top menu.
  3. Click “Checkout” on the drop-down menu and follow the instructions.
  4. You do not need to send in a form if you choose the online Credit Card payment method.

Just click “Add to Cart” and you’re ready to check out!

Payment by Check

To pay for your Vendor Space by Check, you have two options.

1) Online Shopping Cart / Mail-in Payment

If you want to pay by check, but want to expedite your order, you can use our online eCommerce Shopping Cart. This will enter your order into our system and reserve your vendor spot. To do this, just do the following:

  1. Follow the instructions for the Online Credit Card Payment, and proceed to the checkout.
  2. Choose “Pay by Check” instead of Paypal and submit your order.
  3. Print your order out and mail it in with your check. Instructions will be provided on screen and in your confirmation email.

2) Fill out our Form and Mail it in with Payment
